Central Interior Partners in Aboriginal Human Resources Development (CIPAHRD)

Central Interior Partners in Aboriginal Human Resources Development (CIPAHRD) receives Service Canada funding to provide training and employment opportunities to Aboriginal people within the Central Interior.


Our Mission

CIPAHRD proactively negotiates and provides access to and distributes financial resources related to Aboriginal Human Resource Development, and advocates the enlargement and enrichment of Aboriginal Employment.

We will work in partnership to increase self-reliance of Aboriginal People within the Central Interior.

Martha Matthew, Program Coordinator

Martha coordinates the CIPAHRD Aboriginal Human Resource Development Agreement (AHRDA) with HRDC. She is also required to complete the reporting requirements of the agreement, the administration of the childcare and people with disabilities contracts.

 

Corina James, Executive Assistant

Corina is a member of the St'at'imc Nation (Xaxli'p and Sekw'el'was), and has a Criminal Justice Studies Certificate. Corina assists Martha by providing general office support in the areas of clerical, office coordination and data management. She also directs all CIPAHRD inquiries to the appropriate resource, and is the provider of all information regarding CIPAHRD programs and policies.
